Mark your calendars! The draw ceremony for the Internazionali BNL d’Italia is set for Monday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. local time in the iconic Piazza del Popolo.

All eyes will be focused on whether six-time champion Novak Djokovic will be paired with Jannik Sinner, the reigning World No. 1 in the PIF ATP Rankings. Last Sunday, Sinner made history by securing an unprecedented fifth consecutive ATP Masters 1000 title at the Mutua Madrid Open. The 24-year-old Italian returns home this week with the goal of clinching his inaugural title in Rome.

Should Sinner triumph at Foro Italico, he would join Djokovic in an exclusive club of players who have achieved the Career Golden Masters. Djokovic, now 38, has won each of the nine ATP Masters 1000 events twice, making him a fierce competitor.

This marks Djokovic’s first appearance since exiting in the fourth round at Indian Wells, reigniting his quest for glory.

The Rome main draw will unfold from May 6 to 17. Interestingly, the last five editions of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia have showcased a different champion each time.
