In the thrilling main event on Saturday, women’s World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka will go head-to-head against former champion Naomi Osaka.

Sabalenka, a formidable player with a remarkable collection of 23 professional titles in both singles and doubles, is a two-time defending Australian Open champion and eagerly anticipates defending her 2024 U.S. Open title later this year. Osaka, renowned for her prowess, has captured four Grand Slam titles, including her back-to-back victories at the 2018 U.S. Open and the 2019 Australian Open.

On Sunday, the electrifying atmosphere continues as men’s World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev—currently ranked No. 2, along with American stars Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul—will compete in an exciting four-player showdown.

“The 2024 ‘Netflix Slam’ at Mandalay Bay was an incredible success and one of our most memorable sporting events,” stated Lance Evans, Senior Vice President of Sports and Sponsorships at MGM Resorts. “We can’t wait to welcome tennis fans from around the globe to witness the elite players battle it out at the highest level here in Las Vegas.”

Details surrounding Sunday’s men’s event format, additional competitors, the broadcasting partner for the 2025 event, and VIP programming will be unveiled soon.

Last year’s debut “Netflix Slam” featured a sensational encounter where tennis legend Rafael Nadal faced off against fellow Spaniard and world champion Carlos Alcaraz in a gripping three-set battle.
