Lorenzo Musetti has been dazzling fans with his spectacular play since his debut in 2020. Next week, he’ll proudly rank among the ATP’s elite Top-10.
Musetti delivered an impressive 6-4, 6-2 victory over Alex de Minaur, elevating him to No. 9 in the ATP live rankings. This achievement marks him as the third youngest Italian man to break into the Top-10 and the sixth Italian ever to do so.

Musetti, who reached the Wimbledon semifinals last year and clinched a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, has won 17 out of his last 20 matches on clay. He’s now aiming for back-to-back Masters 1000 semifinals after his impressive run in Monte-Carlo last April.
The former junior No. 1 stands at 15-5 for the season and is set to face Canadian lucky loser Gabriel Diallo in the quarterfinals on Thursday in Madrid.
