Having ascended through the ranks in various high-level sales and marketing roles, Kempin has been at the helm of HEAD USA as CEO/President since 2009.
“July 1 will mark my 32nd anniversary with HEAD North America,” said Kempin. “I believe it’s the perfect moment for me to embark on the next chapter of my life. It has been my utmost honor to collaborate with such amazing individuals throughout my journey, both within Head and the Racquet Sports Industry.
“I am committed to a seamless transition in the upcoming months to support my successor.”
Jeff Bardsley will take the reins from Kempin as the new Head CEO North America. With an extensive background, Bardsley has dedicated 32 years to HEAD, including 27 years with HEAD Canada and the past five years serving as Vice President of Racquet Sports Marketing for North America.
“Jeff is poised to be an exceptional leader in the crucial North American market,” Kempin remarked. “His profound understanding of our operations in the U.S. and Canada, along with his unique expertise, positions him as the perfect fit for this role.”
“I eagerly anticipate the hurdles and opportunities that await,” Bardsley expressed. “It’s a privilege to continue the legacy that Kevin has established. He leaves behind a powerful business foundation along with outstanding teams.”
