In a landmark announcement today, the ATP welcomes Eno Polo as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

With a wealth of global leadership experience across sports, fashion, and consumer sectors, Polo is poised for success. His role as a Player Representative on the ATP Board since 2021 has equipped him with invaluable insights into the ATP’s inner workings and strategic goals, making him an ideal fit for the CEO position.

As the new CEO, Polo will spearhead the ATP’s international operations while advancing OneVision, an ambitious initiative aimed at enhancing the sport, boosting fan engagement, and creating lasting value for players, tournaments, and partners alike.

“Eno is an innovative leader who grasps both the commercial dynamics and the nuances of professional tennis,” stated Andrea Gaudenzi, ATP Chairman. “His experience on the ATP Board allows him to understand the challenges and opportunities facing our sport. This is a thrilling time for tennis, with numerous prospects on the horizon. We are excited to usher in Eno as our CEO as we pursue our OneVision strategy.”

“Tennis is entering an exciting phase as a global sport and industry, with vast opportunities on the horizon,” remarked Eno Polo. “My close work with players and tournaments has shown me the strength of collaboration. It is a privilege to assume the role of ATP CEO and guide the organization as it embarks on the next chapter of its growth.”

It All Adds Up

A former professional player from Kenya, Polo represented his nation in Davis Cup competitions before transitioning to a successful business career. His extensive leadership experience includes roles at Nike, Juventus F.C., Havaianas, Global Brands Group, and LeDap.

Polo succeeds Massimo Calvelli, who stepped down as CEO in June 2025 after over five years of service. He will operate from the ATP’s London office.
