ATP Welcomes Andre Silva as New Chief Tour Officer

Andre Silva will officially take on his new responsibilities starting November 1, 2025.

Today, the ATP proudly announces the selection of Andre Silva as the new Chief Tour Officer. Silva brings a multifaceted background in international sports, having held prominent positions with TEAM8, led the Cincinnati Open, and maintained vital roles at the PGA Tour, overseeing renowned events such as THE PLAYERS Championship and The Presidents Cup.

His previously held positions include serving as the ATP Chief Player Officer and Tournament Director of the Nitto ATP Finals. Silva stands out with his comprehensive experience in athlete representation, major event management, and commercial operations, making him exceptionally qualified to guide the Tour during this transformative phase in men’s tennis. He takes over from Ross Hutchins, who has been in the role since 2020.

Andrea Gaudenzi, Chairman of the ATP, stated: “Andre embodies a proven leadership style, combining valuable insights across player relations, tournament organization, and various sports. His appointment arrives at a crucial juncture as we strive to enhance the ATP Tour and promote a unified vision for the broader tennis world through our OneVision initiative.”

Silva will officially begin his new journey on November 1, 2025, operating from the ATP’s office in Florida.
