Coming off his 2025 US Open victories, Novak Djokovic has introduced two exciting on-court reactions dedicated to his daughter, Tara.

In a delightful surprise after defeating Taylor Fritz in the quarter-finals, Djokovic entertained fans with a playful routine involving a mock sip from an imaginary bottle followed by a shoulder-dancing performance.

This charming gesture was a heartfelt tribute to Tara, coinciding with her eighth birthday. Djokovic explained that the moves were inspired by the catchy tune “Soda Pop” from her beloved movie, KPop Demon Hunters, a Netflix hit.

“At home, we practice various choreographies, and this is one of them,” stated the Serbian tennis legend. “I hope it brings a smile to her face when she wakes up tomorrow.”

As he chases his remarkable 25th Grand Slam singles title, Djokovic is also showcasing his creative side with a classic violin gesture, positioning his racket under his chin. This endearing move was inspired by Tara’s recent venture into learning the violin.

As Djokovic “soda-pops” his way to the semi-finals, fellow competitors are also unveiling their unique celebration styles. Let’s take a peek at some signature moves and their meanings.
