Pam Shriver, the former world No. 1 doubles champion and current ESPN analyst, shared heartwarming news via social media.

The LAPD detective on the case has successfully retrieved Shriver’s cherished Grand Slam trophies that had been stolen.

“Great news about my trophies and family photos—the LAPD detective overseeing the investigation has them at the station awaiting fingerprinting,” Shriver shared. “It’s a long story for a single post. Fingers crossed we can recover my black Dodge Durango Hellcat in one piece.”

Celebrating alongside her is fellow Hall of Famer Martina Navratilova, Shriver’s long-time friend and former doubles partner, who expressed her excitement on social media.

This positive development comes just over two weeks after Shriver reported that her car, which housed the majority of her Grand Slam trophies, was taken from a hotel parking lot.

“My son and I are at a police station filing a report about our stolen car from the hotel parking lot we evacuated to during the fires,” Pam shared online. “This vehicle contained most of my major trophies, being kept there until it was safe for us to return home.”

The esteemed ESPN analyst and 22-time major doubles champion Shriver informed ESPN.com that her treasured trophies were secured in her Dodge Durango Hellcat, which was parked at the Marina del Rey DoubleTree. Upon discovering her vehicle missing around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, she promptly notified local law enforcement.

In total, Shriver revealed that five US Open trophies, five French Open plates, and one Australian Open trophy were among the stolen items.

Both Shriver and her partner Navratilova are widely recognized as one of the most formidable doubles teams in the history of the Open Era, boasting a remarkable 22 Grand Slam titles between them.
