The latest athlete to break into the ATP Tour’s Top-20 is aiming to ascend further to the Top-10. British No.1 Jack Draper has achieved a remarkable new career-high, rising to No.12 in this week’s rankings.
Having reached his first Grand Slam semifinal at the US Open, Draper made his Top-20 debut. With merely 40 points to defend at both Indian Wells and Miami, there’s a solid opportunity for him to make the leap into the Top-10 by month’s end.
After a strong start to the season, Draper holds a 7-2 record, despite a setback in the Doha final against Andrey Rublev. He also made it to the second week at the Australian Open but had to retire against Carlos Alcaraz after two sets.
