The talented Dane has surged two positions to 12th in the Live Race after a stellar quarter-final run in Shanghai. With three wins at the ATP Masters 1000 event, he’s now just 945 points shy of eighth-place Lorenzo Musetti, currently occupying the last qualifying spot. Competing in Stockholm this week, Rune aims for a spectacular finish to the season, reminiscent of his indoor hard court success during his 2022 Masters 1000 title in Paris.

Novak Djokovic – 3rd (4,580 points), +1
The legendary Djokovic has climbed to third place in the Live Race, inching closer to another Nitto ATP Finals appearance after a semi-final outing in Shanghai, where he was bested by the tournament champion, Valentin Vacherot. With a record of 35-11 this season, he looks poised for another strong finish.
Alex de Minaur – 7th (3,545 points)
The Australian talent has solidified his seventh position by advancing to the quarter-finals in Shanghai, marking his 50th tour-level win of the season. This is a milestone achievement for the 26-year-old, who is set to compete at the upcoming ATP 500 event in Vienna, beginning October 20.
Daniil Medvedev – 15th (2,360 points), +5
Medvedev continues to keep his hopes alive for Turin qualification after reaching the semi-finals in Shanghai. He defeated De Minaur and now holds an 8-4 edge in their Lexus ATP Head2Head series. The two-time finalist hopes to gather more points at the ATP 250 in Almaty, where he is seeded second.
Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have already secured their spots for the Nitto ATP Finals, scheduled for November 9-16 at Inalpi Arena in Turin.
