Canada is witnessing the rise of a dynamic tennis star who is now seeking to enhance her coaching team with seasoned expertise.

Milos Raonic made headlines in January when he announced his retirement from professional play. His last outing was during the Paris 2024 Olympics, where he faced elimination in the opening round.

The 35-year-old was once ranked No. 3 globally, boasting a remarkable career with eight ATP Tour titles and reaching the finals of Wimbledon in 2016.

Currently standing at ninth on the WTA Tour, Mboko was recently ousted in the quarterfinals at the Miami Open, where she faced off against Karolina Muchova.

The 19-year-old enjoyed a stellar season in 2025, clinching the National Bank Open in Montreal and concluding the year ranked 18th.

Though Mboko fell to world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka at the Australian Open, she rebounded brilliantly by defeating No. 7 Mirra Andreeva and No. 3 Elena Rybakina at the Qatar Open, marking her first consecutive wins over top-10 opponents. This success propelled her into her second WTA 1000 final, where she again faced Muchova.
