On Sunday April 5th the children from the Marty Hennessy foundation mingled and played tennis with the donors that keep the organization running.

"It was a win win situation at our Junior/Sponsor doubles event. The children enjoyed meeting and playing tennis with donors who invest in their lives and the sponsors were amazed at the high level of tennis and overall composure the children displayed," said Marty Hennessy.
After tennis everyone enjoyed a round table discussion and lunch at the Stirling Club provided by Stan and Cheryl Tomchin. During lunch all the children stood up and gave their grade point average, their local and national ranking and said what the foundation has done for them.
"The foundation allows me to play tennis everyday and helped me realized how important my grades are. Because of them I've been able to travel to National tournaments to improve my ranking and I was lucky enough to be chosen to go on the East Coast leadership Tour, a truly life changing trip to the East coast," said Partick Kawka. The donors enjoyed hearing about the children's lives and spending time getting to know them on a personal level.
