The UNLV “A Night with the Rebels” turned out to be a night to remember. The community of Las Vegas really showed its true colors as they came out to support the UNLV Men’s Tennis Team in a fun-filled doubles mixer.

The intimate setting of the Darling Tennis Center allowed Alumni, boosters, local organizations, and community members to play alongside and against some of the best talent in all of the Mountain West. The night was capped off by a double’s exhibition pairing former NCAA doubles champion, Tim Blenkiron and former UNLV standout, Stephane Matheu against the current #1 doubles team of Elliott Wronski and Wes Burrows. The foursome put on an unbelievable display of serving, returning, and shot making, in a match that went all the way to a tie-breaker. “Tonight was a lot of fun, and a special thank you to all of our former rebels and local community members for making this such a special night. We were honored by the enthusiasm and excitement that each one brought to the court tonight. It is nights like these that really make the Las Vegas community stand out. We are truly blessed," said Men’s head coach Owen Hambrook.
